Founded by Ben and Leah Hart, alongside Ben Pattillo, this brewery's journey began when Leah, a dedicated member of the US Air Force, embarked on a year-long deployment to Greenland. She entrusted Ben Patillo to keep her husband out of trouble. During her absence, the "Bens" delved into home brewing, quickly falling in love with the art and science of crafting beer. Upon Leah's return, the "Bens" were already renovating a 1950s fire station in Bossier City's East Bank District, giving birth to Flying Heart Brewing. A transformative moment arrived when Jeff "Jeffro" Judge, a retired US Air Force veteran with a shared passion for craft beer and food, entered the scene. Jeffro's culinary expertise and the evolving downtown Bossier City setting prompted a change. Jeff and Tammy joined the team, and pizza became the perfect pairing for Flying Heart's craft beer. In 2018, Flying Heart Brewing & Pub was born, earning national recognition in 2023 as one of the top 25 pizzerias to watch. This story reflects a commitment to adaptation and innovation, ensuring that patrons and friends receive the finest craft experiences.

In addition to classroom training, we offer 137 hours of on-the-job training, allowing franchisees to gain hands-on experience and practical insights into the day-to-day operations of our brewery and pub. This combined approach equips franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary to run a successful Flying Heart Brewing & Pub franchise, all while maintaining the high standards of quality and service that our brand is known for.
